Additional Info: Oud is an oil produced from the agar wood, or aloes wood, tree after it has been infected by a specific fungus. Oud in its oil form is very transformative and is considered a heal-all, although we have not yet come across any specific healing uses for it. This oud incense does create a physiologic response in most people. YOUR RESULTS MAY VARY. It is great when doing transformative or meditative work. In the East, oud is said to support and accompany the soul to its highest possible development. Apparently, this applies to several spiritual paths from China to Jerusalem, as this is the plant referred to in biblical incense recipes as aloes.
Purported Uses: Warming, balancing, purifying, and transcendent.
