Kamala's Description: Rosewood essential oil has a very fresh, clean, spicy scent which many find uplifting to body, mind, and soul. It is very cleansing; it kills bacteria and viruses. I (Kamala) have used it with much success in eliminating unpleasant pet odors. It is antidepressant and very motivating. It stimulates the physical body and some people find it sexually stimulating as well. Rosewood is a good insect repellant. It also stimulates the immune system and has been used to help treat HIV, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and general overwork. Rosewood is excellent for the skin, especially sensitive skin. It rejuvenates skin cells and can be used in facial preparations to prevent wrinkles. A drop of Rosewood can also be used neat on pimples.
