It is believed to be over 5,000 years old and encompasses yoga, nutrition, aromatherapy, herbalism, meditation, gem therapy, color therapy, and spirituality. Ayurveda is the original "wholistic" medicine, seeing people as total packages of mind/body/spirit. Within Ayurveda, there are three physical constitutions, known as "doshas." Each individual constantly strives for a balance of the 3 doshas. Kamala has created doshic blends to help balance the three dynamic constitutions of Ayurveda. The blends are simple, so that they can be easily combined with each other to achieve individual balance.
