PRODUCT DATA Label Information: The aromatherapy oils in this kit are designed to assist with manifestations of hormonal changes encountered during the cycles of a woman's life.--MAIDEN: Maiden is a ylang-ylang-infused blend designed to harmonize the jangling hormones of puberty. Use it in a diffuser to help make the entry into womanhood a joyous one. It might also be used as an anointing oil as part of a ceremony to celebrate menarche.--MOTHER: Motherhood is a time of giving to others unselfishly, causing one to feel overworked and underappreciated. Our orange-based Mother is a personal indulgence intended to relieve stress and calm nerves, so indulge yourself by putting this oil in a bath or using a bath salt.--QUEEN: Queen is designed to deal with the manifestations of menopause. While this blend can be worn as a perfume, we recommend putting in a carrier oil and massaging into the belly. Many women find that it aids in cooling hot flashes and calming irritability.--CRONE: A lovely blend featuring jasmine sambac, this oil was created for the older woman with the intent of deepening wisdom and rejuvenating the body. To cover yourself in this intent, add the oil to an unscented body wash or lotion.--RISE: The medical symptoms of PMS are actually natural chemical changes in the body to prepare for menstruation. The oils in Rise are purported to balance mood and ease bloat. Use a dot of this oil under your nose during the week before your period.--FLOW: In Kamala's experience, Flow works wonderfully to ease cramps and promote restful sleep.
